As Autumn Ended And Winter Began In P.3 and P.4
18th Dec 2025
The children have been gardening, learning about how bread is made and interviewed our Grandparents about their memories of the Breadman’s visits in the past. We enjoyed watching the seasonal changes outside and have planted daffodil bulbs too. As we explored shapes in our Numeracy lessons, we kept our “shape eyes” open to spot the shapes all around us. Our much-loved novel was The Christmasaurus and the Winter Witch, who we’ll be watching out for over the holidays. We have also made personalised baubles, cards and even made Christmas stocking decorations from recycled newspaper, which hold some wildflower seeds inside for the recipient to plant after Christmas is all over. I hope you enjoy our video which once again gives an insight into our classroom! Have a lovely restful Christmas!
