On Tuesday 31st March our Confirmation class enjoyed a pilgrimage to Lough Derg. Upon arrival on this sacred island, the pupils took part in art activities, prayer, a guided tour of the Basilica, and learned about the history of Lough Derg.
Our P7 pupils demonstrated exemplary behaviour throughout the day, showing respect, attentiveness, and maturity, which helped make the experience special for everyone involved.
We extend our thanks to Mary and her retreat team for supporting our faith journey, and to Canon McGahan for organising this wonderful pilgrimage.
