Well done to our P5-P7 pupils who recently took part in a live lesson as part of the Restart a Heart initiative, a nationwide campaign aimed at teaching young people vital lifesaving skills.
During the lesson, pupils were introduced to the basics of CPR and shown how to use a defibrillator in emergency situations, if someone suffers a cardiac arrest.
The hands-on experience not only equipped them with practical knowledge but also helped build their awareness of the importance of quick action in saving lives. Pupils were engaged, enthusiastic, and showed great maturity throughout the lesson. By learning these essential skills, our pupils are now better prepared to make a real difference in their communities.
